Beyond our transitional program, our Housing Coordinator works with our residents to obtain permanent housing. Some clients may receive Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) or Rapid Rehousing. Both programs help to sustain independent living by providing partial rent support and continued case management for up to a year or more.
We know that our clients’ goals are as unique as they are. At Courage Connection our Client Advocates help individuals develop self-determined plans for success. Our advocates are here to help clients identify the right tools and how to access community resources. So that through their own strengths and capabilities, our clients can achieve self-sustainability.
