Safety.

Courage Connection Homeless Services offers transitional housing for single women and for women with children. We can accommodate up to 7 single women and 12 women with children at any given time.

Support.

Supportive services are essential to our program and include:

  • Educational assistance
  • Financial counseling
  • Budgeting assistance
  • Job skills and career development
  • Parenting classes
  • Children’s playgroups and programs
  • Support groups

Success.

Beyond our transitional program, our Outreach Case Manager works with clients receiving Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA). TBRA helps people sustain independent living by providing partial rent support and continued case management for up to two years. Courage Connection also provides permanent affordable housing for single women at Presby House and for families at our 6 affordable rental units in Champaign.
